Azure Devops Engineer

Role Requirements:

• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI.
• Automate build, test, release, and deployment processes to improve delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
• Implement and manage deployment strategies including Blue-Green, Canary, Rolling Updates, and Rollback mechanisms to minimize production risk.
• Establish and enforce Git branching strategies (GitFlow), code review standards, and release governance processes.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and support multi-cloud environments including AWS.
• Configure and manage cloud networking, security, storage, identity management, and monitoring services.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for automated and consistent environment provisioning.
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Oversee container lifecycle management, image versioning, orchestration, scaling, and cluster upgrades.
• Implement observability solutions using Grafana, ELK Stack, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and alerting frameworks.
• Monitor system performance and proactively manage incidents through effective alerting and operational dashboards.
• Integrate SonarQube, vulnerability scanning, container security checks, and secrets management tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, ensuring compliance, security, and governance across development and deployment workflows.
• Develop and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) and business continuity strategies, including backup and failover testing.
• Lead production support activities, root cause analysis, incident response, and problem management.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to ensure scalable and secure cloud solutions.
• Continuously improve deployment processes, infrastructure reliability, system availability, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services
• Hands-on experience in AWS Cloud
• Expertise in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Strong knowledge of Terraform
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS
• Knowledge of Grafana, ELK Stack, Azure Monitor
• Experience with SonarQube, Secrets Management, Vulnerability Scanning
• Strong understanding of Cloud Security, Networking, Storage, and Monitoring
• Experience in Release Management, Incident Management, and Disaster Recovery
• Proficiency in Git, GitFlow, and CI/CD Best Practices
