Job Title: Azure Cloud / Platform EngineerRole Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud / Platform Engineer with deep expertise in the Azure ecosystem, strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and proficiency with automation tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and Ansible. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Kubernetes (AKS) environments and building scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Build and manage highly available, scalable Azure cloud environments.
• Support and enable cloud-native application deployments.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues in collaboration with networking teams.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and perform regular cloud environment assessments.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize platform performance, system health, and resource utilization.

Mandatory Skills

• Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS): Expert-level experience, including architecture, configuration, development support, and production management, along with stakeholder interaction.
• Azure PaaS Services: Strong hands-on experience with Azures platform services.
• Azure Storage Services: Expertise in designing and managing storage solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 610 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Azure cloud or platform engineering.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar).

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Azure services including:
• AKS, App Services, Azure Functions
• Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Cache
• Storage Accounts, Key Vaults
• Application Gateway, Service Bus, Log Analytics
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, load balancing, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Proven experience managing secure, scalable, and compliant Azure environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues across Azure services and Linux systems (Ubuntu/RHEL).
• Experience maintaining and enhancing existing IaC solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and identity management.
