- Optimize AWS resources for cost efficiency and performance
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC):Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using Terraform
- Ensure version control and consistency in infrastructure deployments
- Automation and Scripting:Develop automation scripts for routine tasks using Python, AWS CLI, or other scripting languages
- Implement and enhance automation processes to streamline workflows
- Terraform Configuration:Create and maintain Terraform configurations for infrastructure provisioning and management
- Implement best practices for Terraform code quality and modularity
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment
- Integrate CI/CD tools with source code repositories for version control
- Security and Compliance:Implement security best practices for AWS infrastructure and Terraform configurations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security policies
- Monitoring and Logging:Set up monitoring and logging solutions for AWS resources and Terraform-managed infrastructure
- Implement alerting mechanisms for proactive issue identification
- Collaboration with Development Teams:Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and provide infrastructure solutions
- Support developers in troubleshooting and resolving deployment issues
- Documentation:Create and maintain detailed documentation for AWS and Terraform configurations, processes, and best practices
- Provide documentation for troubleshooting and support procedures
- Technical Support:Provide technical support to internal teams for AWS, Terraform, and Python-related issues
- Collaborate with AWS support and other third-party vendors when necessary
