Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AWS Infrastructure Lead to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS. This role will lead cloud infrastructure initiatives, establish governance standards, drive infrastructure automation, and manage DevOps practices across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS cloud services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud networking, security governance, CI/CD automation, and team leadership.
The candidate should have 10+ years of IT experience, including 2-3 years of experience leading infrastructure or DevOps teams.
Experience Required- 10+ years of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Platform Engineering experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud experience.
- 2-3 years of experience leading DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure teams.
- Experience designing and managing enterprise-scale AWS environments.
- Strong experience in infrastructure automation and cloud governance.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Manage multi-account AWS environments and governance frameworks.
- Ensure high availability, resiliency, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Optimize AWS infrastructure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Design and manage AWS networking solutions including:
- VPC
- Transit Gateway (TGW)
- Route 53
- Direct Connect
- PrivateLink
- Implement secure hybrid-cloud connectivity architectures.
- Manage network segmentation and traffic routing strategies.
- Implement AWS security best practices and governance controls.
- Manage IAM policies, role-based access control, and federation.
- Implement encryption and key management solutions using AWS KMS.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and organizational standards.
- Manage security monitoring through Security Hub and GuardDuty.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Establish DevOps standards, governance, and best practices.
- Implement enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
- Configure dashboards, s, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure performance and availability issues.
- Drive proactive incident management and root cause analysis.
- Lead and mentor DevOps and Platform Engineering teams.
- Define technical roadmaps and cloud strategy.
- Coordinate with development, security, and operations teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and cloud adoption initiatives.
