Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Java services deployed on AWS ECS .
Develop infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Monitor and troubleshoot ECS services, containers, and underlying infrastructure.
Collaborate with developers to containerize Java applications using Docker and deploy them to ECS.
Manage AWS resources including IAM, VPC, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, API gateway, VPC endpoint & service and S3 etc.
Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
Ensure security best practices across AWS environments and containerized applications.
Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure.
Skills Requirements
4-8 years of relevant experience in DevOps Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, especially ECS, IAM, CloudWatch, and networking.
Experience with Java application deployment and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub/Gilab CI or AWS CodePipeline.
Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools eg Grafana etc.
Good scripting skills ( Python).
Experience handling vulnerabilities and fixes.
Experience in managing value chain and understanding integration technologies eg Kafka, MQ, SOAP & Rest APIs. Mandatory skills* Manage AWS resources including IAM, VPC, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, API gateway, VPC endpoint & service and S3 etc.

Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure.
