AWS Cloud Network Engineer - VDart

• We are seeking a talented AWS Cloud Network Engineer with 3 to 5+ years of experience to bolster our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a robust background in AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud architecture, particularly in designing and implementing network solutions.
• This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to optimizing cloud network performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize AWS cloud network solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess network requirements and develop appropriate cloud-based solutions.
• Configure and manage virtual private clouds (VPCs), subnets, route tables, and other AWS networking components.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including access controls, encryption, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cloud architects to design and implement hybrid cloud solutions integrating on-premises and AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot network issues and performance bottlenecks in AWS cloud environments.
• Stay updated with AWS services, features, and best practices to continually enhance cloud network infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on AWS networking configurations and best practices.
• Participate in the planning and execution of cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
• Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

Skillset Requirements:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing AWS cloud network solutions.
• Proficiency in MySQL, Excel and PHP for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
• Proficiency in network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing.
• Good knowledge in AWS networking and security features such as Security Groups, Network ACLs, IAM, and AWS WAF.
• Familiarity with cloud networking architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues in AWS environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Advanced Networking) preferred.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform is a plus.

Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related field (or equivalent work experience).
