About the Role:

The Shri Ram Universal School, Chennai is seeking an experienced and strategic AVP Marketing & Enrolment Growth to lead initiatives that drive student admissions, strengthen the school's brand presence, and accelerate enrolment growth. The role requires a strong leader with proven experience in managing high-performing sales and/or marketing teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
• Lead and mentor the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure high performance.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, brand-building initiatives, community outreach, and promotional events.
• Build strategic partnerships with corporates, residential communities, preschools, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion metrics and optimize the admissions funnel.
• Collaborate with school leadership to develop growth strategies and enhance parent engagement.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on admissions, marketing performance, and business outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading Sales and/or Marketing teams.
• Proven experience in leading teams and achieving business growth targets.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Experience in stakeholder management, partnerships, and business development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
