Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct ground training sessions for aviation students, focusing on subjects such as airport operations, customer service, and safety procedures.
  
• Develop and deliver lesson plans to meet DGCA requirements and industry standards.
  
• Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to students to improve their performance and knowledge.
  
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results.
  
• Collaborate with other trainers and instructors to ensure consistency in teaching methods and curriculum delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in aviation training or a related field (DGCA ground training specialist).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation (B.Sc.), Airline Studies (BBA), or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of aviation fundamentals, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
