Automation Testing Professional

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automated testing. The candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will play a key role in planning, designing, and executing test cases, as well as creating automated test scripts for the application.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG and Maven

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and define test strategies.

Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and smoke testing.

Analyse test results, document defects, and track them to resolution.

Continuously improve the testing process and frameworks to enhance productivity and coverage.

Review and analyse business requirements and design specifications to ensure test cases meet all necessary criteria.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.

At least 2 years of experience with automation testing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC)

Hands on automation testing experience using selenium with java

Good understanding of OOPS concepts and strong programming skills in Java

Experience in designing and development of automation framework and creation of script using best industry practices such as page object model

Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Hands on experience working with postman or similar tool

Ability to independently work on complex business requirements

Good Knowledge in Agile Methodology

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
