Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester with strong expertise in Java or Python, Selenium-based automation, Linux shell scripting, and experience working with Kibana and Elasticsearch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks to ensure the delivery of high quality products.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java or Python .
- Build and enhance test automation frameworks based on project needs.
- Perform UI and API automation using Selenium WebDriver and other relevant tools.
- Analyze logs and application behavior using Kibana and Elasticsearch .
- Execute tests on Linux environments and write/maintain shell scripts for test automation support.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to ensure test coverage and quality.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and defect triage meetings.
- Identify quality gaps and propose improvements in testing processes and frameworks.
- Prepare detailed test reports and metrics to communicate execution results and quality status.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4 6 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong programming skills in Java or Python .
- Solid experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks (TestNG, PyTest, JUnit, etc.).
- Experience working with Kibana and Elasticsearch for analyzing logs and debugging issues.
- Proficiency in Linux shell scripting for automation and operational tasks.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with REST API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
