Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Automation Analyst with strong expertise in Selenium Automation and Java-based test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, executing automated test suites, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and test scripts.
Create and execute automation test cases using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and Cucumber.
Develop and implement automation testing strategies and best practices.
Perform automation execution and analyze test results.
Prepare and share test status reports with stakeholders.
Participate in requirement discussions, design reviews, and status meetings.
Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Identify opportunities for automation improvements and process optimization.
Must-Have Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and TestNG.
- Excellent programming and analytical skills in Java.
- Experience in designing and developing automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of ALM and test management processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create and execute effective automation testing strategies.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to QTP/UFT.
- API Automation Testing.
- Playwright.
- Mobile Automation using Appium.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge.
