Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Selenium WebDriver to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create test plans that meet business needs.
- Develop performance testing scripts using UFT to optimize application performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure seamless integration into the development process.
Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in automation testing (Selenium).
- Strong understanding of Java programming language for developing custom components or integrations.
- Experience with performance testing tools like UFT for identifying performance issues and optimizing system resources.
