Job Description
Python Playwright Automation Engineer Banking Domain (Saudi Project)
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 5–7 Years
Role: Individual Contributor (IC)
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and Playwright
- Expertise in Web Automation Testing and framework development
- Experience in API Testing and database validation
- Strong understanding of Banking/Financial Services domain
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and defect management tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python & Playwright
- Automate functional, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios
- Perform API and database validations
- Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery
- Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and provide automation solutions
- Take complete ownership of automation deliverables as an Individual Contributor
Preferred:
- Experience working on Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Loans, Cards, or AML/KYC applications
- Exposure to Middle East banking projects is an advantage
5–7 years of overall QA Automation experience
Strong coding skills in Python
Hands-on Playwright automation framework experience
Banking domain experience is mandatory
