Core skills
Strong C#, ASP.NET experience and familiarity with Page Object Model and BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave).
Selenium Expert:Advanced browser automation across modern browsers.
Experience interacting with complex elements: iframes, Shadow DOM, and dynamic locators.
Solid synchronization strategies (explicit and fluent waits).
Robust locator design (XPath optimization, CSS selectors).
Experience with Selenium Grid and cloud-based test execution.
Framework design & test engineering
Proven track record building automation frameworks from scratch and improving or redesigning existing frameworks.
Deliver modular, scalable, and maintainable test suites.
Experience with data-driven and keyword-driven test frameworks.
Familiarity with integrating test execution with logging, monitoring, and enhanced reporting.
