Automation Test Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API testing
• Build and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium/TestNG
• Execute automated and manual regression, functional, and integration testing
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution using JIRA or similar tools
• Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and define test coverage
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data
• Report on test execution status, coverage, and quality metrics

• Selenium WebDriver
• Java or Python for test script development
• TestNG/JUnit and Cucumber (BDD)
• Postman/RestAssured
• SDLC and STLC
• Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins)

• Strong analytical and debugging skills
