Work mode: 5 Days work from office
Notice Period: 0-60 Days Only
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Java and Selenium to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with modern test automation frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Create and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust automation frameworks.
- Analyze business and functional requirements to develop effective test strategies and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Maintain test reports and provide regular quality status updates.
- Continuously improve test automation processes and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with TestNG or JUnit.
- Good understanding of automation framework design (Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Hybrid, BDD).
- Knowledge of Maven or Gradle.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database validation.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
