Automation Test Engineer

Technical Skills:

• Overall, 5-10 years of experience in IT and Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Java Selenium is must
• Hands on experience in API Rest Assured testing
• Setting up the Selenium environment: Preparing the environment, selecting a language, and setting up tools
• Designed and implemented scalable Selenium frameworks from scratch, improving test efficiency.
• Writing test cases in the preferred language, and adding and escalating scripts to improve them
• Executing tests: Running test suites to identify bugs and faults
• Detect and analyse software flaws and engage with developers to find solutions.
• Resolving issues: Assigning bugs to the development team
• Analysing user requirements: Providing feedback based on user requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
• Staying up to date: Keeping current with testing tools, trends, and methodologies
• Stay up to date with emerging testing tools, trends, and methodologies

Soft Skills:

• Strong knowledge in GenAI and Github is added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum teams.

Primary Skills: Java, Selenium, BDD Cucumber and API Rest Assured . Good communication is must

Good to have: GenAI, Github, Ci/CD
