Roles and responsibilities:

• Expert in testing instrument clusters and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance meet specified requirements. Experience with graphics comparison and visualization to validate UI elements and system integration.

• Software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience on Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium.
• Strong programming skills in Python (PyCharm) Image Processing Libraries, Panda, NumPy etc.
• Experience in performance test automation CANoe Tool Panels understanding.
• Familiarity with API technologies.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle Code coverage & Code maintenance on GitHub.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience on Manual testing on CANoe tool and it s panels.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Understanding on CANoe traces to troubleshoot the issue by analysing those traces / logs.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, automation, and testing standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of automation processes.

Technical/Functional Skill Requirement:

• Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of testing experience, with a focus on instrument clusters and HMI systems. Experience in graphics comparison and Rest Bus Simulation (RBS) for effective system validation.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in C, C++, CAPL, C# and Python for test development and automation. Experience with CAPL API for specific testing and simulation needs.
• Testing Tools: Experience with test execution tools and platforms, including test automation frameworks. Familiarity with tools for graphics comparison and visualization.
• Issue Tracking: Familiarity with issue tracking systems such as JIRA
• Automotive Protocols: Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet) and diagnostic specifications (UDS, CAN TP) based on ISO standards.
• Development Cycles: Experience working within agile and waterfall development methodologies.
• HMI Design Principles: Knowledge of HMI design principles, including usability testing, user interface (UI) design, and user experience (UX) evaluation.
