Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java/Python/C#.
Design and implement automation strategies for complex projects.
Prepare, design, and execute test cases ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Manage defects effectively and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.
Utilize Azure DevOps for test management and CI/CD integration.
Provide test leadership and mentor junior team members.
Drive quality initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices.
Preferred: Experience in AI Testing (AI concepts, Prompt Engineering, OpenAI).
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of testing concepts and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Selenium, Java/Python/C#.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Agile processes.
Expertise in defect management and test documentation.
Ability to lead and implement automation strategies.
