Carrying out Automation jobs in line with the Technology Checklist
Total ROs of Territory /11 per month
Attending Break down calls
a. RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and initiate action over phone/physical visit within 2 hours from time of complaint raised on BROMA or received on phone MIS person or based on report on RO Automation Uptime
Auto RSP failure /Mismatch ATG Communication Failure FCC Failure
APOS Related (IPS/UFILL) Power Conditioning (UPS/Stabilizer) (FMS scope - 6 hours TAT)
All the above to be checked by Technology Team and get it resolved for their scope as per SLA. For the scope pertains to other vendors, IFMS to ensure raising the BROMA complaint.
Training to dealer/Staff on
Preparing one DSM per RO as Tech Champion
various Technology initiatives
Monitoring and co-ordination wi.th stake holders on open Iris alerts and automation up time.
To be done daily as per daily check list.
Monitoring of Automation BROMA Complaints
Monitoring of BROMA complaints and follow up with vendor till resolution
APOS utilization Monitoring
APOS utilization Monitoring and fortnightly /monthly report to Territory team
