About the Role

Automation Engineer is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc s global product engineering hiring system. This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.

Delivery Scope

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain automation coverage across enterprise applications, APIs, and workflow systems.
  • Improve release quality through structured validation, regression confidence, and delivery discipline.
  • Work with engineering teams to improve defect visibility, reliability, and testing maturity.
  • Support CI/CD-aware test design and execution readiness across product releases.
  • Contribute to scalable quality systems that support long-horizon maintainability.
Hiring Baseline

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in automation testing, quality engineering, or validation systems.
  • Strong understanding of release cycles, defect management, and enterprise QA processes.
  • Experience across automation frameworks, API testing, and regression design.
  • Ability to work inside high-accountability delivery environments.
Preferred Profile

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise-grade CI/CD and release readiness workflows.
  • Exposure to cloud-hosted testing systems or observability-driven QA.
  • Understanding of structured enterprise software validation practices.
Academic Alignment

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
Professional Credentials

Certifications

  • ISTQB certification preferred
