Automation Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain automated tests using Cucumber BDD framework to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create test plans that meet business needs.
• Develop data-driven testing strategies to improve test coverage and reduce defects in the application.
• Troubleshoot issues related to automation scripts, debugging tools like Selenium or TestNG.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in Automation Engineering with expertise in BDD (Behavior Driven Development) frameworks such as Cucumber.
• Strong understanding of Java programming language and its applications in automation testing.
• Experience with Page Object Model (POM) design principles for efficient test execution.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases using Gherkin syntax.
