Job Description
- Checking the feasibility of new project requirements and propose the suitable technology.
- Participate in CFT and customer discussions for project scope finalization.
- Preparation of technical documents - initial concepts, time plan, PFMEA etc
- Finding suitable vendors, floating RFQs and collecting quotations.
- Monitor the project timeline from development stage to handover stage.
- Training and development of production / maintenance personnel for new machine handling.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of SPMs in case any breakdown.
- Find out the improvement opportunities in existing processes and implement the KAIZENs.
- Diploma/ BE ( Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation )
- Relevant experience of 5-9 years
- Effective management, technical and supervisory skills.
- Competent in using software including Windows, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, and the Internet.
- Resourceful, energetic, competent, multi-task and results-oriented.
- Candidate should have hands on experience in.
- PLC programming: Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi.
- Robot programming: ABB, Fanuc, Wittmann, Star, Epson, Yaskawa and SPM maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Candidate should have previous experience of new SPM development.
