Job Summary
Sodexo is looking for a skilled and proactive Automation Engineer – Maintenance to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial automation systems, PLC programming, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and electrical control systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and control panel systems.
- Diagnose electrical and instrumentation faults and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and optimize production equipment for maximum uptime.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related Engineering discipline.
