Job Description : Salesforce Developer (5+ Years)

Location : Jaipur Department : IT / Technology

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.


The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customized solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations.

- Manage system integrations and Salesforce data feeds with internal and external systems.

- Work on CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments for Salesforce releases.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and implement scalable solutions.

- Optimize and simplify existing configurations in highly customized Salesforce environments.

- Ensure proper documentation, code quality, and adherence to best practices.

Relevant Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Software Development.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Experience working in large and complex Salesforce environments.

- Exposure to banking/financial services domain (preferred).

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong experience in Salesforce Development & Administration.

- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory); PD II preferred.

- Hands-on experience in both Lightning and Classic environments.

- Strong expertise in :

1. Apex, Triggers, Visualforce

2. Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)

3. Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Ability to work in highly customized environments with multiple integrations.
