Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Flutter Developer to join our engineering team in Mumbai.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. With 5+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in architecting robust solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and driving engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Architecture: Design, architect, and deploy complex cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart language.

- State Management: Implement structured and scalable state management patterns like BLoC, GetX, or Provider.

- Performance Optimization: Diagnose bottlenecks, fix memory leaks, and optimize UI rendering for a seamless, 60fps user experience.

- API Integration: Connect apps with complex RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and backend microservices.

- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain adherence to Clean Architecture principles and SOLID design patterns.

- CI/CD & Testing: Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests; manage automated build and release pipelines using tools like Bitrise, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

- App Store Management: Lead the end-to-end publishing process for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Team Leadership: Mentor mid-level and junior developers, helping to elevate the team's overall technical maturity.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years dedicated heavily to Flutter and Dart.

- Core Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Flutter, Dart, Firebase ecosystem, Hive/SQLite, and native platform integration (Java/Kotlin or Swift/Objective-C).

- Architecture Mastery: Proven track record of working with Clean Architecture and modular codebases.

- Third-Party Ecosystem: Strong experience integrating payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe), deep linking, push notifications, and analytics tools.

- Tools: Advanced proficiency with Git, Jira, and industry-standard CI/CD tools.

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Communication: Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional product and design teams.

Preferred Attributes (Good to Have) :

- Prior experience working in fast-paced FinTech, E-commerce, or enterprise-scale product environments.

- Contributions to open-source Flutter packages or a strong public portfolio on GitHub.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
