Overview
ATSG, Inc. is a leading provider of aircraft leasing and air cargo transportation and related services to domestic and foreign air carriers and other companies that outsource their air cargo lift requirements. ATSG's principal subsidiaries include three airlines with separate and distinct U.S. FAA Part 121 Air Carrier certificates: Air Transport International, Inc., Omni Air International, LLC, and ABX Air, Inc. These subsidiaries operate Boeing 767, 757, and 737 aircraft in both passenger and freighter configurations. ATSG provides a variety of aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance (ACMI) services, as well as aircraft maintenance, airport ground services, and other support services. Through its Cargo Aircraft Management (CAM) subsidiary, ATSG is also a leading provider of aircraft leasing services.
