Asst Manager/Manager-Business Development (Industrial safety)

Role & responsibilities

1. Maintain client database in in Industrial industry sectors (Site safety supervision, Safety audits- construction safety, fire safety, electrical safety. Process Safety -QRA, HAZOP study, Rack audits, lift audits etc.),
2. Maintaining awareness of upcoming industrial projects.
3. Approach & penetrate the procurement/quality team of manufacturing/industrial safety industries.
4. Visits to client & remain in continuous contact with them.
5. In coordinate with operation team provide offers to client & negotiate.
6. Make follow-up till conversion in orders & hand over orders to operation team for further execution.
7. Remain as KAM for orders winned till payment followup

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Essential: B. E./DIPLOMA in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering. MBA/PGDBA in Marketing/Sales is preferable
• Desirable: Candidate who has worked in BD/Sales team of any reputed TPI is preferable.

2. Experience Profile :

• Minimum Years : 10 years experience ; Maximum Years : NA
• Industry/ Sector: Third Party Inspection services/ EPC Projects Sector/Production/Fabrication

Scope of job /Activities handled:

Maintain client database in Industrial industry sectors (Site safety supervision, Safety audits- construction safety, fire safety, electrical safety. Process Safety -QRA, HAZOP study, Rack audits, lift audits etc.), visits to clients, provide them quotation, convert leads in orders. Proposed 20,000K revenue in 6 months period.
