Role & responsibilities

• Talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment for Technical Facilities, Technical Blue Collars, Projects.
• Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for candidates.
• Sourcing candidates via job portals like Naukri, Job Hai, Indeed, and others.
• Coordinating with clients for job requirements and interview scheduling.
• Managing job postings, requirement analysis, and candidate database.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills during offer rollouts.
• Maintaining MIS reports and daily tracker updates.
• Understanding of Technical and Non Technical recruitment processes.
• Conducting client interviews and briefings via online meeting platforms (Google Meet, Zoom).
