Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - IoT Development to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers.
• Hands-on experience with embedded development environments and debugging tools.
• Design, develop, and oversee the execution of test plans and test cases for embedded systems and software
• Ensure comprehensive testing coverage
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
• Oversee hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing.
• Supervise functional, regression, integration, and performance testing processes
• Analyze test results, report issues, and ensure effective defect tracking and resolution.
• Compile and present detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure the preparation of comprehensive test reports and the maintenance of documentation of testing processes.
