Associate - Warehouse

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Finished Goods Stores/Service Stores.
• Maintain receipt of material till delivery to customer.
• Coordination with internal team and transporter for smooth delivery.
• Improving systems and process of Stores.
• Executing inbound and outbound procedures.
• Ability to prepare MIS report
• Providing Transport vendor settlement and Following up with Customer acknowledgement.
• Monitoring Scrapping processes and stock transfer notes.
• Should be similar with ISO.
• Troubleshooting of ERP related issues in entire branches in India
• Monitor the storage in racks as per matrix
• Making proper packing and PKL
• Serial number capture for all dispatches.
• Must have knowledge on end to end Freight management.
• Shipment labels to be verified with shipment boxes and docket to be verified with Sales Invoice for all shipments.
• Monitoring FTL & LTL shipments
• Perpetual stock verification to be done on monthly Basis

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 - 3 years of experiences in handling warehouse.
• Ability to Dispatch the materials on FIFO Basis
• Strong Communication / Presentation Skills
• Analytical Skills/Presentation Skill
• Coordination with multiple Teams.
