Manage and protect the trademarks of an organization.
Work closely with legal and marketing departments to ensure that all trademarks are properly registered and maintained.
Conduct trademark searches to determine availability and prevent infringement.
Draft and file trademark applications with the appropriate governing bodies.
Monitor and enforce trademark infringement and take appropriate legal action when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all trademarks, including registration and renewal dates.
Provide advice and guidance on trademark matters to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with outside legal counsel to ensure that all trademark matters are handled properly.
Develop and implement trademark policies and procedures to ensure that all trademarks are managed effectively.
