General Shift: Rotational shift 24/5 on call support
Notice Period: Immediate
Must-Have Skills:
- 47 years of experience in Production Support / Application Support / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Good knowledge of MS SQL / SQL Server / MySQL, including writing SQL queries and troubleshooting database issues.
- Experience with Windows Server and IIS administration/support.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Good understanding of Networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, and Load Balancers.
- Hands-on experience in incident management, production issue analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), bug fixing, and application monitoring.
- Experience providing L2/L3 production support in a 24x5 or 24x7 on-call support environment.
- Familiarity with deployment support, release management, and application availability monitoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education
- Bachelors Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field (BE Full Time)
