Associate Software Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates with strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and basic coding knowledge. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in programming concepts and aptitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

• Write, test, and debug simple to moderate-level programs based on requirements
• Apply logical reasoning and analytical skills to solve technical problems
• Understand and implement basic data structures and algorithms
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards
• Work closely with team members to develop and enhance software modules
• Learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks as required
• Assist in documentation, testing, and maintenance activities

Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills

• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language:
  C / C++ / Java / SQL
• Understanding of:
• Data Structures (arrays, strings, stacks, queues)
• Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Basic SQL or database concepts (good to have)
• Familiarity with:
• IDEs and version control (Git basic awareness)
• Strong logical thinking and numerical ability
• Good grasp of quantitative aptitude and reasoning
• Ability to analyze problems and derive efficient solutions
• Basic understanding of algorithms and complexity

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines
• 2026 graduates

Soft Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to manage time and tasks effectively

Nice to Have

• Hands-on projects, internships, or certifications
• Participation in coding contests or hackathons
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
