Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Corporate Law, including experience with legal frameworks and regulations.
  • Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and analysis of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess legal situations and develop constructive solutions.
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and legal argumentation.
  • Ability to proactively address and resolve Legal Issues effectively.
  • Relevant experience in Corporate MA, Venture Capital, Banking Finance, or Dispute Resolution is highly desirable.
  • LLB degree from a recognized university; additional certifications in Corporate Law are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
