Job Title: Associate Manager - Engineer-Sales

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer with experience in water and wastewater treatment solutions, including STP, ETP, and WTP systems. The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and business development skills, with a clear focus on driving revenue and successfully closing sales deals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure—while working closely with internal engineering, proposal, and project teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Generate new business opportunities for ETP, STP, WTP, RO, and water recycling systems.
• Handle client meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, costing, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical inputs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industries, consultants, and contractors.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
• Track market opportunities and competitor activities.
• Close the sales of project and product sales as per given target

Qualification:-

• B.Tech – Chemical / Environmental / Mechanical / Computer Science/ Civil or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Experience :-

• 4-5 years experience in water treatment or environmental engineering sales.
• Experience with STP/ETP/WTP equipment or projects is a plus.

Salary :- 8.4 Lakh ( CTC)
