• Format and standardize candidate resumes as per company and client requirements.
• Update and maintain job requisitions, candidate shortlists, rejections, and client call notes in JobzMachine (Internal ATS).
• Prepare and maintain designation change reports, quarterly reports, and bi-weekly leaderboard updates.
• Maintain and update Google Sheets and other trackers.
• Prepare incentive reports, create Top Incentive Makers flyers, and share reports with management.
• Coordinate daily cab operations and attend monthly DM meetings.
• Support day-to-day recruitment and operational activities.

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in resume formatting and documentation.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
