Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage strategic Digital Health initiatives in collaboration with academic institutions, hospitals, and NGOs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners such as IIT Bombay, Tata Memorial Centre,National Cancer Grid, RSSDI, and government agencies like the National Health Authorities.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor multiple Digital Health projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive the development and implementation of long-term strategies for Digital Health adoption in India.
  • Coordinate large-scale initiatives, such as supporting the national roll-out of ABDM and NABHs Digital Health programs.
  • Collaborate with academic and healthcare partners to develop the outline of cutting-edge Digital Health solutions, including oncology, diabetology, and other specialized areas.
  • Establish metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of Digital Health programs.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile


  • A professional with a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in area of healthcare/ digital health.
  • Motivated to work in the development sector with a not-for-profit organization.
  • Experience working on chronic disease management projects is preferred.
  • Master's degree in public health, hospital administration, healthcare management, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Skills and Attributes


  • Demonstrated experience in project management or related roles, preferably in healthcare, Digital Health tools and technologies, or healthcare-focused nonprofit organizations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in crafting detailed reports, presentations, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Preferred - Familiarity with technologies relevant to digital health, such as HIS/EMR solutions, telemedicine, etc.
