Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and execution-oriented Associate Product Manager (APM) to drive product innovation and delivery excellence. This individual will partner closely data science, business stakeholders, and commercial teams to define, build, and scale digital products.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with business analytics expertise, Agile/Scrum delivery experience, process optimization skills, and a passion for AI-enabled ways of working. They should be equally comfortable shaping product strategy, managing execution, and proactively bringing forward new ideas that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Discovery

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points, business objectives, and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into product vision, roadmap initiatives, and feature requirements.
• Conduct product discovery activities, including research, VOC analysis, workflow assessments, and competitive evaluations.

Product Delivery & Agile Execution

• Own backlog management, prioritization, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Track delivery progress, manage dependencies, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Ensure product releases meet quality, usability, and business requirements.

Business Analysis & Insights

• Analyze product performance, adoption metrics, customer feedback, and operational KPIs.
• Build business cases and ROI assessments to support product investments.
• Leverage data-driven decision-making to prioritize enhancements and optimize customer outcomes.
• Define and monitor success metrics for product launches and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related digital product roles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum product delivery environments.
• Proven track record of managing product backlogs, user stories, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience working with software engineering teams and digital products.
