Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will support the discovery, development, and improvement of products that help users succeed in their career journeys. This position requires 1-3 years of experience in product management or a related tech role, with mandatory hands-on AI experience, including building AI-powered applications or workflows using tools like Claude, Supabase, Vercel, or Lovable.

About the Role
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Product Management team at IK. In this role, you'll support the discovery, development, and improvement of products that help users succeed in their career journeys. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver meaningful user experiences.
This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is curious, structured in their thinking, and excited to learn how great products are built.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle—from problem discovery to delivery and iteration
- Work with engineers and designers to define requirements, clarify scope, and prioritize work
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, product data, and internal inputs to inform decisions
- Help define product goals, success metrics, and release plans
- Assist with competitive research and market understanding to improve product direction
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical constraints
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a growth-focused role in a tech environment.
- Hands-on AI experience is mandatory. Candidates should have built AI-powered applications or workflows using tools like Claude, Supabase, Vercel, Lovable (or similar), be data-driven, and be able to demonstrate their contributions; experience with AI Voice Bots or AI Support Agents is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
