Responsibilities

  • Own the product lifecycle - Drive the roadmap and lifecycle for next-generation, agentic-first enterprise supply chain software from early-stage concept to maturity.
  • Design for agents and humans - Define product experiences where AI agents are first-class actors: agent workflows, tool use, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, guardrails, fallbacks, and the trust and transparency users need to hand work to an agent.
  • Partner across functions - Work with engineering, functional, data science, and client success to set product vision, brainstorm and validate ideas, and create meaningful differentiators.
  • Turn ambiguity into shippable scope - Drive requirements analysis, build long-term backlogs, define release scope, write user stories, and partner with engineering across ideation, design, development, QA, and launch.
  • Define and defend success metrics - Set product success metrics and fold client feedback into the development loop.
  • Own quality and evaluation - Establish how agentic features are evaluated before and after release.
  • Manage risk - Identify risks in terms of technical, model, data, and safety; Maintain actionable risk registers, drive mitigation, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Track cost - Estimate and track build and running costs, including inference/token and compute costs of agentic features, and feed these to product leadership, finance, and sales.
  • Obsess over UX - Partner with UX to deliver best-in-class experiences that make agent behavior legible and trustworthy, improving engagement and adoption.

  • Process-oriented with an eye for detail and a keen focus on user experience, design, and usability.
