REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience 10+ years.
• Hands on experience in Big data and cloud architecture role.
• Strong working experience specifically designing solutions on AWS or Azure platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time streaming solutions
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with Python, Scala, or Java.
• We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect with over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex data solutions on AWS or Azure platforms.
• The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in cloud technologies, strong client-facing skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact data architectures.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective data platforms on AWS or Azure.
• Develop enterprise data strategies, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics.
• Implement data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning best practices.
• Client Engagement
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct presentations, workshops, and technical demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership and guidance in cloud-based data solutions.
• Technical Leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and deploying data pipelines, analytics platforms, and data governance frameworks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
• Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
• Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Writing and reviewing design documents explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
• Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
• Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
• Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
• Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
