Role Summary Drive new capability incubation for the CoEbuilding prototypes accelerators and industry solutions manage the pipeline from ideation to demoready assets

Key Responsibilities

• Run innovation pipeline ideation prioritization prototype builds validations and packaging
• Build POCsdemos and reusable accelerators aligned to CoE Solution Engineering Ops goals
• Collaborate with architectsconsultants to ensure feasibility and scalability
• Track value realization reuse adoption pursuit influence delivery acceleration and customer impact

Must Have Skills

• 11-20 years overall strong ServiceNow build solutioning background handson prototyping mindset Comfortable with ambiguity strong product thinking and stakeholder alignment

Nice to Have

• Experience with AIagentic workflows
• industry solutions
• packaging offerings for GTM
