Job Summary

ServiceNow GenAI/ Agentic AI Developer: Summary Own AI-led solution advisory and offering development on ServiceNow covering Now Assist patterns, agentic workflows, governance and customer-ready use cases

Responsibilities

• Define AI usecase portfolio, agentic workflows, assist experiences, AI searchRAG patterns where applicable
• Create reference architectures, guardrails, governance and reusable agent patterns aligned to CoE innovation goals
• Support presales value narrative, feasibility, effort estimation, risk assessment for AI implementations
• Collaborate with developers for prototyping and integration patterns, define evaluation criteria and KPIs

Must Have Skills

• 11-20 years overall
• strong ServiceNow platform depth
• practical AIautomation solutioning
• Experience with workflow automation
• data readiness
• securityprivacy considerations

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to AI governance prompt patterns and evaluation frameworks for enterprise implementations
