Job Description
- We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate Manager Skilling & CSR Programs to lead and manage skill development initiatives across multiple domains.
- The role involves end-to-end program management, team coordination, training delivery support, and stakeholder engagement for CSR and government-led skilling projects.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing skilling programs, working with diverse stakeholders, and supporting employability outcomes.
- Responsibilities.
- Program Strategy & Planning.
- Design and refine skill development strategies aligned with organizational goals and project objectives.
- Define program goals, target beneficiaries, and support curriculum design for technical, vocational, and soft skills training.
- Ensure alignment of skilling initiatives with industry requirements and employability outcomes.
- Program Implementation.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of skilling projects across multiple locations.
- Oversee program operations including mobilization, training delivery, assessments, and placement coordination.
- Ensure timely execution of activities within approved timelines and budgets.
- Training & Facilitation.
- Support training delivery for relevant modules (technical, vocational, digital, or basic employability skills, as applicable).
- Mentor and guide trainers and facilitators to ensure effective content delivery and learner engagement.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to training standards.
- Stakeholder & Partner Engagement.
- Coordinate with industry partners, NGOs, training partners, employers, and government bodies for program implementation and improvement.
- Support mobilization activities and identification of internships, apprenticeships, and placement opportunities for trained candidates.
- Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders at the project level.
- Monitoring & Evaluation.
- Develop and implement tools to assess training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
- Track key indicators such as enrollment, attendance, certification, and placements.
- Document success stories, case studies, and impact highlights for reporting purposes.
- Budget & Documentation.
- Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and financial documentation related to projects.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of training records, attendance sheets, assessments, and feedback data.
- Assist in audits, compliance documentation, and donor reporting requirements.
- Reporting & Communication.
- Prepare periodic (monthly/quarterly) program reports highlighting progress, outcomes, challenges, and impact.
- Communicate program status and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support proposal inputs, presentations, and knowledge documentation as required.
- Travel.
- Willingness to travel to project locations for program implementation, monitoring, reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
- Mandatory Qualification And Experience.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in skill development, vocational training, or employability programs.
- Experience in managing end-to-end skilling projects, including mobilization, training, and placements.
- Strong facilitation and training coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and report-writing abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field-level program activities.
- Preferred Attributes.
- Prior experience in CSR-led or government-funded skilling projects.
- Exposure to working with youth, marginalized communities, or livelihood enhancement programs.
- Familiarity with government skilling schemes, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
