We are looking for an experienced Plant HR professional to join our manufacturing team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM/MSW – HR preferred
Industry: Manufacturing / Automotive / Steel / Foundry / Forging / Heavy Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
• Plant HR & shop-floor HR operations
• Industrial & Employee Relations (IR/ER)
• Blue-collar & contract labour management
• Manpower planning & recruitment
• Labour law & statutory compliance
• Grievance and disciplinary handling
• Attendance, payroll inputs & HR MIS
• Employee engagement, training & welfare
• Contractor management and HR audits
What we're looking for:
Strong Plant HR experience
Hands-on exposure to blue-collar workforce
Contract labour & statutory compliance experience
Exposure to IR/unionized environments preferred
Good communication & stakeholder management skills
Tamil & English proficiency preferred
