Location: Noida -132 (Hybrid 4 days a week)

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced and domain-focused Recruitment Managers to lead and develop high-performing teams supporting clients across the Finance, Retail, and Healthcare & Life Sciences domains.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically inclined, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8 10 Recruiters, ensuring consistent achievement of performance metrics.
• Drive recruiter productivity and accountability to meet or exceed expectations.
• Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and conduct regular training sessions to enhance domain knowledge, technical acumen, and client engagement.
• Develop and execute career progression and succession planning initiatives.

Strategic Recruitment Delivery

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment across Finance, Retail, Healthcare, and Life Sciences clients.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of client business models, technical landscapes, and hiring needs.
• Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Leaders to align sourcing strategies with client priorities.

Client & Vendor Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.
• Serve as the escalation point for client delivery concerns and drive timely resolutions.

Operational Excellence

• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to assess performance, identify gaps, and set actionable goals.
• Maintain recruitment process standards focused on quality, turnaround time, and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and staffing best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience: 10-15 years in IT Recruitment, with at least 4 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Domain Expertise: Proven success hiring for Finance, Retail, or Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors.
• Technical Inclination: Strong understanding of technical skill sets, emerging technologies, and market trends.
