Job Title: Associate Legal Counsel
Education : LL.B. (Hons.)
Location: New Delhi
Experience: 7 - 11 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Handle marketing, advertising, media, PR agency, sponsorship, celebrity endorsement, influencer, and brand collaboration agreements.
- Review and negotiate technology-related agreements such as SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements, software development agreements, and platform terms of use.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with banks, NBFCs, payment aggregators, vendors, service providers, and business partners.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactions by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents including SHA, SSA, SPA, APA, and BTA.
