Associate Lead - Delivery Manager

Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8-12 years of experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Oracle Database, and end-to-end software development lifecycle practices. Additionally, the candidate must have strong functional knowledge of Collections and Debt Management Systems (DMS) Legal Collection within the BFSI/NBFC domain and experience working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions. Duties and Responsibilities
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Oracle Database.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.

Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with quality, security, and performance standards.

Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, QA teams, and vendors.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Participate in project planning, estimations, sprint activities, and release management.

Prepare technical documentation, design documents, KT materials, and operational runbooks.

Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve application stability and operational efficiency.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, coding standards, and governance processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

8-10 years of experience in enterprise application development.

Strong hands-on experience in:
oCore Java (Java 8 or above)
oSpring Boot
oSpring MVC
oRESTful API Development
oOracle Database (SQL PL/SQL)
oHibernate/JPA
oMicroservices Architecture

Strong understanding of application performance tuning and optimization.

Hands-on experience with API integrations and third-party system interfaces

Collections Domain Expertise.
