Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree (completed) Mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process (US process preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
• Experience in Customer Service or Collections is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US clients professionally
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Perform voice-based customer service or collections activities
• Update internal systems and maintain call records
• Communicate with clients via calls and emails
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and US regulations (where applicable)
• Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quality and productivity targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Be flexible to work extended hours during high call volumes

• Mobile phones are not permitted during production hours.
• Employees must deposit their phones in their assigned lockers after onboarding.
